2011, David Fielding left the firm and he currently retired. On June 30, 2016 Alan Caplan
left the firm. Rod Bushnell is continuing his solo practice in San
Francisco. The firm has engaged in extensive civil and criminal
litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels. The firm has
tried in excess of 100 cases, mostly in the Bay Area, and has been the law
